To install vehicles in FiveM that are covered by the escrow system in Portal CFX/Keymaster, you need to follow certain steps - because these resources are protected by the security system and can only work on your server for which you have a license. Please note that our items are designed exclusively for use with FiveM, so they are not compatible with other platforms like RAGEMP.
🔐 What is the Escrow system?
Escrow system in FiveM is a way to protect resources (e.g. vehicles, scripts, maps etc.) from unauthorized access.
Files are encrypted and can only be used on a specific server, assigned by the Portal CFX or Keymaster.
✅ Step One:
Go to CFX Portal, then to the “Granted Access” tab, download your purchased resource.
✅ Step Two:
Extract the files and move this folder to the directory below.
Place the resource in the appropriate folder:
/resources/[policevehicles]/nkbuffalo5Do not change folder structure or file names - This may cause an error.
❗ Remember to move the .fxap file, it is very important for the vehicle to work on the server. It is such a “license” for a resource. ❗
✅ Step Three:
Add the resource to server.cfg:
ensure nkbuffalo5
✅ Step Four:
Start the server. Once the server is running, FiveM will automatically check the license of the resource and activate it if everything is set correctly.
