Vehicle Installation (FiveM Escrow / CFX Portal)

Resources protected by the Escrow system (CFX/Keymaster) can only be used on the server they are licensed for.
They are not compatible with other platforms such as RAGEMP.
 

What is the Escrow System?

The Escrow system in FiveM protects resources like vehicles, scripts, and maps:

  • Files are encrypted
  • They work only on an authorized server
  • Access is managed via CFX Portal / Keymaster

 

✅ Step 1 – Download the Resource

  • Go to CFX Portal
  • Navigate to “Granted Access”
  • Download your purchased resource

 

✅ Step 2 – Install the Files

  • Extract the files and move this folder to the directory below.

  • Place the resource in the appropriate folder:
/resources/[policevehicles]/nkbuffalo5


⚠️ IMPORTANT:

  • Do not rename folders or files
  • Make sure the .fxap file is included (this is the license file)

 

✅ Step 3 – Server Configuration

Add this line to your server.cfg:

ensure nkbuffalo5

 

✅ Step 4 – Start the Server

Start your server. FiveM will automatically:

  • verify the license
  • activate the resource if everything is set up correctly
